Target Character's Revolt
Following the treachery of Che Youliang Chen against Shou Hui, Chén has become a regional power and the major threat to China. Yet, not everyone bends their knee before Che Youliang Chen.
Target Character refuses to acknowledge Chén as a powerful leader for the Red Turban Rebels. In Target Location, Target Character has declared his own Warring State of Target Country, getting into a conflict with Chén and China.
Nonetheless, their main antagonist remains China, and as such Target Country revolts against the China Culture rule.
