The parched and windy summer we had this year has severely weakened our livestock all over the country but the province of Target province has received the lion's share of deplorable luck. Its farmers report that now, with the arrival of this hateful winter, many of their herds are being decimated by disease as they huddle together in a vain attempt to stage off the freezing cold.
