Depopulation of the Countryside
Ever since the Black Death swept over our lands, many rural areas in Country have been severely depopulated. While Target Location was also heavily impacted by the Black Death, many surviving members of our population wish to migrate there in hopes of regaining access to critical resources now unavailable due to the plague.
Though some in the Court Title see this as a chance to further urbanize and rebuild Target Location, allowing the Commoners to abandon many of these core rural areas throughout Country may lead to serious ramifications.
