The messenger spoke of fires smoldering and raging in the streets of Riots Source Capital as a metaphor for the discontent that the Free Imperial City struggles with, and claims that if nothing is done then the city's peasants will soon raise their pitchforks in rebellion. They humbly plead for soldiers and gold, so that they may be able to bring swift justice to those discontent citizens.
