Growth of Vlasi & Meropsi
The lands administered under our illustrious realm are vastly populated by a wide range of peasants and commoners. The most prominent classes of these are the Vlasi and the Meropsi. The former deal with the herding of large cattle and sheep under a feudal lord, whereas the latter are mostly active in the production of wheat and they often found themselves under the jurisdiction of a lord, the head of the state, or the Church. These classes make up the foundation of our material production, raising a vast amount of Livestock and Wheat. However, recent winters have proven difficult and thus they come to us, asking for support.
