Five Country Adjective Admiralties
Our lands may be ruled by Target Character, but the differences between our provinces have divided our Admiralty up. This factionalism between Groningen, Hoorn, Rotterdam, Middelburg, and Amsterdam prevents us from unifying our navies. However, allowing them to pursue their interest may allow for a higher commitment from each of them.
