The Ruler of Target Location
The city of Target Location and its hinterland has been ruled by the Ruler Title of Country since the times of Charles Lame. In 1309, it was chosen by Raymond Bertrand to become the new seat of the Rome and the King of Country graciously allowed it, transforming Target Location into the new capital of the Rome in every sense except the legal one.
Now the tables have turned, we could make use of a few coffers of gold and Rome Ruler has plenty, let us sell him/her the rights to the city he/she already controls.
