The more opportunistic members of our Burghers have conceived of an expansion in the Target Market. Specifically, many have already made plans to move to London, which is owned by Target Country, and is friendly towards us.
This proposal was brought before the Court Title, with some members enthusiastic about expanding our trade network. Others, however, have pointed out that it might create distrust with Target Country, that foreign merchants may not be seen favorably, and that pursuing cooperation with them would serve us better than competition.
