Vampire legends have been present in our country for generations. Recently, troubling rumors have been spreading at Court Title concerning Target Character. Apparently, he/she has become completely infatuated by the legends of such monstrous creatures, even to the point of claiming to be one of them. he/she has been accused of murdering and torturing hundreds of people, and according to the most extreme rumors, he/she bathes in the blood of virgins to preserve his/her youth.
