Yellow River Works Disrupted
A vile agitator has been spreading wicked propaganda amongst the the workers currently working on rerouting the Yellow River. As per our records, the character in question is Target Character, a zealot of the White Lotus sect, who is prophesizing the imminent forthcoming of the Maitreya Buddha. We believe that he had his followers bury a one-eyed stone statue in the route of the project so that the workers would dig it up. The statue was inscribed with a text spelling the end of the Country dynasty.
Though our forces did their best to stop this upstart from detracting workers from their project, many did defect. As of now, we are not sure of the whereabouts of the White Lotus chieftain.
