As the current age is characterized by efforts to centralize power, many have been suggesting that the time has come to finally unify our patchwork of kingdoms under a single legal and administrative system. The traditional Fueros and privileges of Aragon, Catalonia, and Valencia have long resisted Country Adjective authority, but a bold legislative reform, the Nueva Planta, would eliminate these separate laws and integrate them fully into a centralized Country Adjective state.
