The Canton System of the Country
Our current methods of recruitment are no longer able to sustain our desired growth of the army! With each passing month, more and more complaints about the inhumane conditions of the recruitment system reach our court. While it is the natural duty of the Country Adjective subjects to serve the Ruler Title, there is some truth to the complaints and if not anything else, that these circumstances hinder the reliable recruitment of soldiers. To this effect, the Ruler Title and his/her advisors drafted a new reform, the Canton System. With this system, we could regulate Recruitment and ensure a legal ground for the drafting of soldiers.
