The end times are upon us! Or at least, so claim the ever-growing groups of flagellants that wander throughout the countryside processioning and preaching of apocalyptic events to come as punishment for our pride, which only through Christ's ire as flagellation we can dispel.
While originally having the support of the Church, these groups have strayed too far from doctrine to be sanctioned anymore. The Clergy believe that they must be stamped out to prevent them from undermining stability.
