Nobility Concerned with the Loss of Privileges
Our policy of battlefield commissions is seriously concerning our Nobility. They believe that just because a man shows some ability on the battlefield it does not mean that he will be a good general. In fact, it seems that life in the mess is becoming quite unbearable, as these new officers have no idea how a gentleman behaves. There are also rumors that the rank and file believe that a good leader ought to be better bred.
