Minor Lords
With the Tatar Yoke an increasingly distant memory and the expansion of land directly administered by the Ruler Title it is becoming increasingly clear that we need more minor landholders. Traditionally the landed aristocracy would be the primary candidates to be given this privilege, even for smaller patches of land, but greater internal stability means that we could likely promote men of other qualities to take care of these matters of economy and agriculture.
