The Red Turban Rebellions have put a severe strain on our resources. With dozens of rebellions all across the Flavor Rank, it is apparent that our forces are not plentiful enough to face them head on. In order to be able to afford a larger army, we could print more of our paper currency. However, the quantities needed would surely result in its further devaluation for the years to come.
