Election Confusion
The Conclave has the holy duty ordained by God to elect the next Ruler Title. The procedure usually goes without any major incident, albeit in some cases the difficulty in reaching an agreement may stall it for a while. However, the current Conclave has experienced a very unusual situation. Despite the election not being concluded, there is news spreading around Capital that a new Ruler Title has already been chosen, as a name of the alleged new Ruler Title is already circulating among the populace.
We do not know the source of such false news, nor the intent behind it, but it is clear that the population is being misled. If not addressed, such confusion could lead not only to distrust from our populace but also a decrease in the authority and credibility of the actual next Ruler Title when he is finally elected.
