The Start of a New K'atun
After twenty years a new K'atun starts in the Long Count of our people.
It is our duty as the leaders of the Country to celebrate a magnificent festival in honor of God Name and to mark the beginning of a new cycle in the life of our culture. We are expected by our people to organize a celebration so grand and opulent that it will be remembered for years to come.
This is why we have been carefully preparing for years and it is time that we make use of all of it.
