Strange whispers rise from Target Province, carried by travelers and repeated by nervous locals. A cult has formed in the shadows, devoted to a mercenary ideal, praising strength above all, and gathering followers through secret rites and promises of protection. One of their leading figures, Target Character, has stepped forward, eager to enter the political scene in our Flavor Rank and speak on their behalf as a former mysthios, claiming their devotion can be turned to our advantage.
However, whispers in the shadows betray the cult's secret agenda of domination, an insatiable hunger for power. If we welcome them, we may gain influence where faith is weak, but we may also invite a hidden rot into the heart of our Court Title.
