Pope Ruler placed the Imperial Regalia in the hands of the new Holy Roman Empire Leader Title of the Holy Roman Empire, a symbol of the Rome Ruler Title's right to crown Christian sovereigns and the Holy Roman Empire Leader Title's role as protector of the Roman Catholic Church. It was a great honor for Capital to be selected as the location for the coronation, and the church of Capital could barely hold all the dignities that had gathered to see the new Target Ruler crowned.
