An Expedition to Northern Dalmatia
An ambitious naturalist and writer, Target Character, has petitioned the government to support his expedition into the mountainous and often-overlooked hinterlands in Northern Dalmatia. His goal is to document the customs, language, and folk culture of the highlanders living under our rule. While some at the Court Title scoff at the endeavor as a waste of state funds, others see it as an opportunity to better understand and govern these remote subjects of the Flavor Rank.
