The areas between the Mississippi River, the Great Lakes, and the Ohio River, also know as the Northwest Ordinance, have existed on the periphery of our country for a while now. A particular question is their administrative standing within our territory and if they shall be governed from our capital or they should become new states within Country. We should settle this conflict now, so a stable rule of these lands can begin.
