The Persia Adjective envoys have returned with a letter from their government, stating that they are ready to sign a treaty. It will confirm our current borders in perpetuity and, by the grace of God Name, create a lasting peace between us. We will be obliged to grant their pilgrims a safe journey to holy sites within our lands, no matter their creed, but in return, their Shiite preachers will stop their ritual cursing of Aisha, Sahaba, and the three first Rashidun caliphs, whom we Sunni hold in high esteem.

Hostilities between the two great empires decreased remarkably following the treaty as their relations steadily improved, but the border disputes did not disappear entirely, and in 1722, war broke out again. However, the treaty was dusted off and renewed in 1747.
