It might be time for us to cultivate better relations with Christian countries. Capitulation Country is a good candidate for a novel type of charter that the Head Of Cabinet Name has prepared. It would grant Capitulation Country Adjective merchants and travelers protection and privileges within our Flavor Rank, but be a gesture of good faith towards them. Our own Burghers are not happy though, claiming that it would create unfair competition from these foreigners.
