Return of the Exiles
With the failure of the reforms of Target Ruler, the exiles who found refuge in the town of Rapperswil have gained significant support among the council members of Zurich. On a cloudy night, they forced entry into the city and assassinated Target Ruler in his/her sleep. With Target Ruler dead, the exiles elevated Target New Ruler to lead Zurich and our government.
