While Country and England have not seen war for quite some time, the English influence over our territories still looms large. Along the border with England, many local rulers of the town and cities have taken to naming Eng Ruler as their Eng Country Ruler Title while also inviting English garrisons to protect them.
These territories still fall under direct Country Adjective ownership, although Sco Ruler and the council have openly denounced this enclave as a threat to Country Adjective sovereignty. Taking direct action against the enclaves risks reigniting a conflict with England.
