Consolidation of Clan Holdings
Seeking to strengthen the Sco Ruler Dynasty power base in Country, Sco Ruler has taken great efforts to consolidate many of the weaker holdings and territories to be under direct control of the Sco Ruler Dynasty House. While the transferring of titles has proven to not stir resentment so far amongst the major clans, as Sco Ruler has rewarded the previous title owners, some of the smaller Nobility clans have begun to offer concerns to the Court Title that the continued consolidation will threaten their autonomy.
Sco Ruler has requested that the Court Title back his/her consolidation of titles and territories to the Sco Ruler Dynasty House but a change in official policy will likely begin to earn the ire of the major clans.
