The Sobornoye Ulozheniye Legal Code
The existing legislation that defines the legal and social structure of Country is outdated and not fit for its time, nor the authority wielded by the Ruler Title. We must write a new comprehensive legal system rooted in traditional Country Adjective law with incorporated elements of Byzantine law. This will allow for the continued strengthening of central authority, the creation of a harmonious relationship between the Church and the State, and the introduction of strict penalties for offenses such as theft, treason, and rebellion.
