Despite the end of the fragmentation period just a few short decades ago, large swaths of our land remain under the control of autonomous subjects and rogue governors. To reverse this dangerous status quo, the council of our advisors has been tasked with drafting our very first set of legal statutes in an attempt to reform our legislative framework and begin a process of centralization.
The proposal contains articles that impact all aspects of our society, such as litigation proceedings and criminal law. However, such a bold step to undermining local established rule will certainly prove difficult against the various entrenched estates.
