The City of Target Location
The Baltic coasts are home to some of the most prosperous mercantile communities known to Europe. One such community used to be the local government and members of the Burghers in Target Location. Under Teutonic leadership the city suffered greatly as their former masters sought to crush the independent spirit of its people via the indiscriminate killing and disappearance of its officials, as well as the abolition of the local government.
Now that Target Location lies securely in our grasp and its people cheer their liberation, many prominent figures of the city have stepped forth, requesting the reestablishment of the local government and the recognition of the minting rights on behalf of the Burghers.
