Our engagements with rivals and enemies across Europe have given way to a new demand. In order to maintain our sovereignty and challenge those who seek to dominate our people, the proposal has been submitted to create a new navy under Country Adjective command. As we delegate the fine details of this matter, it is apparent that proponents on behalf of the influential Nobility are seemingly unwilling to support this notion on account of the expenses procured by such a venture. Thankfully, a member of the Burghers by the name of Target Character have stepped forth to help us finance this endeavor.
