Recently, the Patriarch of Constantinople made a visit to the Target Religion Adjective Metropolis of Leader Of The Kyiv Patriarchate in order to collect funds for the greater cause of the Target Religion Adjective Church. During the visit, he only paid lip service to the requests of the local believers, ignoring their pleas to help them with the crisis of the Church.

Those actions, however, were not enough to appease the Ruthenian bishops, who felt Jeremias was not doing enough to combat the decline of piety amongst the Ruthenian commons.
