The city of Capital is up in flames as yet another revolt against the Expelled Ruler Dynasty breaks out. This time, it is led by the charismatic cleric Pav iacopo bussolari, who has united the city against its Ruler Title. If nothing is done, Expelled Ruler will have to flee, perhaps into the vice of the Visconti.

The expelled would ally themselves and the city would fall to Milan in 1359, after which the Beccaria had some privileges restored but the city remained under control of the Milanese.
