Many explorers and cartographers have always dreamed of mapping out the Arctic fully. One of these men is Target Character, born in a village inside Harlingen. He has approached the Court Title with a reason as to why he should embark on this expedition: although the ice of the Northeast Passage prevents us from sailing to China, the midnight sun will melt the ice, allowing for a reliable route.
