The recently constructed Kremlin is keeping our people safe, but the lack of spiritual life within these walls is hampering the development of our faith. A grand cathedral dedicated to the assumption of the Virgin Mary could become the site of coronations and burial of the princes to come and also serve as a symbol of our grand aspirations to unite these lands.
