Treaty of Ugra
The formidable Lithuania is clearly an emerging power, and it finds itself at odds with Teutons whilst also pursuing a policy of overlordship over the eastern Slavic territories. The area of Smolensk is currently under our control, but could perhaps be ceded to them if certain diplomatic assurances were to be given. By doing so, Lithuania could redirect its efforts toward pacifying the crusader knights without interruptions, and we could ensure that they do not aim to penetrate into our lands too.
