Dire news have reached the Court Title. The lesser lords of the region are being rallied behind Target Country in an effort to form a coalition to stop our plans of regional unification. Though some suggest that we best abandon our plans, others push the Crown to strike before Target Country manages to rally all the lords behind their cause.

Although initially successful, the Wettins employed a strategy of brokering separate peace treaties, taking the minor lords out of the war one by one. In the end, the Wettins managed to turn their lands into their fiefs, effectively turning them into vassals and achieving their goals of regional unification under the Wettin dynasty.
