The Tarh and the Country Adjective Monopolies
Our predecessors have wisely used a system of Country Adjective monopolies to control the revenue from cash crops and fine goods. With demand falling however we are losing money on these investments. Our overseer in Target Location is reporting that they have failed to sell their stock for two years now and worry that this is going to cost the state money.
