The Samsa System
Also known as the Three Offices, the Samsa is a collective term for the three major government offices of our state. Composed of members chosen for meritocratic and academic accomplishments, Samsa System ensures checks and balances on the ruler and officials alike. It serves as a replacement to the old Three Departments which dominated the Country Adjective bureaucracy over several decades. However, the implementation of such reform will require extensive governmental substitution of both financial and administrative nature.
