The Beaver Wars
With the ever increasing demand for Fur, many Country Adjective hunters have taken to hunting outside the traditional bounds of the tribe, venturing into the territories of nearby tribes to hunt. However, some of these tribes have taken to this as a violation of their territory and recently injured several hunters who ventured into their lands.
Our Ruler has begun holding meetings with members of the tribes of Country in hopes of reaching a solution to the growing increase of hunters venturing outside of Country Adjective lands. However, some of these members have instead expressed interest in seizing territory from our neighbors to expand our hunting grounds, noting trade with Neighbor Colonial has benefited the Country Adjective people immensely. Others, however, have stated expansion through war violates a key principle governed by the Great Law of Peace.
