Target Location
Although not especially relevant, the Target Location Rank has been inhabited since ages past, and some in the Court Title of Target Ruler consider it a prime location for the development of an unprecedented city. If we dedicate our efforts to that effect, we could really create a center of Culture culture and learning at the heart of Target Location Area.
