While Scope Rule Dau hoped to secure a transaction with Rome, negotiations have since collapsed with them no longer expressing interest.
Members of the Country Adjective Court Title have suggested that we seek to strive for an agreement with the Target Country in order to relieve Scope Rule Dau of his/her debt. While Scope Rule Dau would be forfeiting his/her titles and rule, any agreement with Target Country will be written in a way that Country retains autonomy.
