Seeking to reinvent the finances of the state, Target Artist has established the Banque Générale, a new private bank funded by both Target Artist Last Name himself and Fra Ruler. However, compared to other banks, the Banque Générale will be issuing a paper currency to trade with compared to centuries of metal coins.
Despite some skepticism by those in the Court Title, the Banque Générale has thus far proven to be rather successful in attracting the investors, who under Target Artist Last Name's policy, have been able to exchange gold for the new currency.
