In the event of his/her passing, Scope Ruler Dead had declared that the young Heir Title have a regency council formed by Scope Ruler Dead's closest advisors to prepare Scope Heir Fra for his/her eventual ascension to the throne. Notably however, Scope Former Consort, along with the backing of prominent Court Title allies such as Target Character have demanded that he/she be installed as acting regent, seeking to undermine the last wishes of Scope Ruler Dead.
While it was Scope Ruler Dead's wish for Scope Heir Fra to be governed by the regency council, the ambitions of Scope Former Consort may bring instability if she is not instated as regent.
