For centuries, Country like many other states throughout Europe has maintained Latin as the primary language for Court Title documents, records, and education. Seeking to eradicate the monopoly Latin has held as the language of knowledge and culture, Fra Ruler along with the guidance of Target Character has prepared an ordinance to establish French as an official alternative to Latin.
