Fate of the Milan
With Milan in French possession, it now falls upon the court to decide its future. While Ruler Fra rules as both Ruler Title of France and Milan Ruler Title of Milan, the subsequent takeover of first Naples and now Milan has greatly worsened our ties throughout the region, to which even Target Hre Ruler has begun taking a growing interest in the region. Maintaining Milan may prove a difficult task, but advisors in the court have suggested that we establish a loyal governance by appointing a local Milanese noble loyal to the French cause. However, doing so would force Ruler Fra to relinquish his/her rulership.
