A prominent family from Châlons-en-Champagne, the Target Character Last Name family has built quite a remarkable reputation in France as being gifted with the handling of gunpowder. Through his works, Target Character has created powder that enables cannons to shoot at a higher velocity than previously thought while also aiding in the creation of cannon barrels that are less likely to explode when fired. Now however, Target Character has offered his services to the French Court Title in hopes of using his knowledge on the battlefield.
