The rule of Target Character has turned out to be autocratic, yet effective. Nobody can dispute the success of his/her economic policies, but it must be acknowledged that their implementation has taken many freedoms and privileges away from the Burghers, something that cannot stand in the Flavor Rank. As such, the citizens of Capital Location have started a conspiracy to get rid of him/her.
