Plantation of Ulster
A daring plan has been hatched that would cause settlers from our northern territories to relocate to the Irish province of Ulster, with the intention of anglicizing, and at the same time, steering the population away from the false doctrine of the Catholic Church.
It is likely to be met with the hostility of the local inhabitants but it is considered a must if we are to enforce our rule over the island.

14206historical_info = flavor_eng.144.historical_info The northernmost Irish province of Ulster posed a challenge to the English authorities on the island, it being the less culturally and religiously influenced one and their inhabitants proudly manifesting themselves as Gaelic Catholics. To solve this and to create a demographic and cultural shift in the area, the British Crown devised a plan, known as the Plantation of Ulster, to colonize it with the support of wealthy landowners. Protestant people from northern England and southern Scotland were encouraged to move and settle in Northern Ireland, where the lands were confiscated from rebellious Irish chieftains and their followers to be redistributed among the incoming settlers.
