The resurgence of growth within Cahokia has led to the emergence of a new discussion within Our Ruler's inner circle, about repopulating the outer regions of Cahokia. Though these regions were home to a sprawling Target Location Rank in the past, in recent generations they have grown to be little more than an extension of the Target Location Rank limit. While encouraging the resettlement of outer Cahokia may lead the Target Location Rank reclaiming fragments of its old glory, it may also prove an expensive task.
